Jamie Clements is a breathwork specialist and has worked alongside top entrepreneurs, politicians, athletes and many more, to share the life changing potential of breathwork and altered states of consciousness. After discovering out first-hand just how impactful breathwork can be, Jamie strongly believes that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our minds and live healthier, happier lives.

Jamie is trained in a variety of breathwork modalities and tailors this to our clients and groups accordingly. Whether it's performance breathwork for athletes, therapeutic breathwork for healing or simple breathing techniques for nervous system regulation, the power of breathwork can support us all.

Aimee hartley

Aimee Hartley is a Conscious Breath Coach. Trained in many modalities from Yogic Pranayama to Transformational Breath, she uses her knowledge of breathing patterns and breath exercises to teach people the infinite healing qualities of their breath. Helping people manage stress and anxiety using simple and effective breathing techniques, The Wellness Movement have teamed up with Aimee and tailor made workshops for the corporate setting on a group and individual basis.

Aimee studied and qualified as a Transformational Breath Facilitator and Workshop Leader with Dr Judith Kravitz, Founder of Transformational Breath Foundation, in Italy and the US, she qualified as a Professional Yoga Teacher in the UK and Australia.

Aimee has written features on conscious breath-work for Yoga Magazine, Healthy, Natural Health, Breathe Magazine, Yogaia and Well-to-do-London and has recently been featured in The Times newspaper.
