Anthony is an inclusive, passionate, and dynamic yoga instructor who originally trained in the spiritual capital of India, Rishikesh and continued on to train with world renowned teachers such as Ambra Vallo, Jason Crandell and Jared McCann.

Anthony teaches at some of London's most renowned and respected studios such at The Life Centre and Yoga Rise. With formal training in yoga, dance and pilates his understanding of the body is multi dimensional. Anthony uses yoga to inspire and energise as well as help to build confidence and a healthy relationship to self. 


Zakiya Dharsi

Zakiya has been teaching yoga and meditation for a number of years with qualifications across Yin, Vinyasa and trauma informed yoga with further education in neuroscience for yoga teachers. Zakiya’s classes are accessible to all levels, with modifications to support your physical aptitude.

Zakiya’s aim is to encourage a balanced nervous system by intentionally combining techniques proven to increase focus, mental clarity, reduce stress and improve your overall physical and mental well-being. 


Raphael Bovolanaes

Raphael has a passion for wellbeing, alignment and a healthy, balanced mindset, with over 12 years of experience in movement and dance, including various yoga lineages. They are seeking to challenge individuals and help them live a healthy and fit life, maintain optimum performance on a daily basis while staying connected to their true nature. 

Raphael's classes cultivate a safe space that welcomes practitioners of all levels. 

Using Asanas, Pranayama and meditation techniques the goal is that the attendees leave feeling rejuvenated while building a strong, yet flexible physique and establishing a deeply rooted mind - body connection.
